Registration for the 2009-10 season has begun.

Soccer & Volleyball Forms:

All forms are required for registration to be complete.

The estimated registration fees for the '09-'10 Soccer Season are $125 per player.  The registration deadline is July 28.

Basketball Forms:

The estimated registration fees for the '09-'10 Basketball Season are $300 for High School, $150 for Junion High, and $75 for elementary (Microbursts). A $50 down payment is due by August 8.  After this date, a $25 late fee will be applied.

All fees are nonrefundable, unless the season is cancelled due to low registration.  Fees include all expenses and insurance, except a uniform deposit which will be assessed on the first day of practice and returned at the end of the season.

Coaches must sign each insurance form. Completed forms of all types and checks (payable to HUSTL, Inc.)  should either be given to the coach or mailed to the treasurer at the following address:
